Hong Kong has a sub-tropical climate with four distinct seasons. The following is some details on the weather conditions that can be expected while living in this busy city.
Summer (Late May to mid-September) Summer times in Hong Kong are hot and humid with high rainfall, and it is during this season that typhoons and thunderstorms are most likely to affect the city. Temperatures range from 26 degrees to 33 degrees Celsius, with afternoon temperatures often exceeding 31degrees.
