Built by Henderson Land Developments in 2006, the Centrestage consists of two towers in a commonly seen podium design. Both towers have a total of 46 floors with the top two floors consisting of duplex units including a private roof-top, while the first floor of units have the luxury of a private terrace. In total there are 388 flats in the whole development with 4 units per storey. The average apartment layouts in the building include two larger 3 bedroom units and four 2 bedroom units per floor, these layouts change in the upper floors. The average size of the 2 bedroom flats are 540 gross square feet and the 3 bedroom units range from 860 and 1,104 gross square feet for the larger unit that comes with a utilities and maids room. As with modern developments with many facilities the efficiency ratio of the units is quite low ranging from 73 to 77 percent.
